🌿 What to Expect & Guidelines

• Lead Facilitator: Guided by Don Hector and David Ledesma and the supportive community team at La Pacha.

• Preparation Required: We recommend maintaining a clean diet (avoiding red meat, alcohol, and heavily processed foods) for at least 3 days before the circle.

• What to Bring:

  • Comfortable, warm clothing (layers are recommended for the night).

  • A blanket and a small pillow or cushion for your comfort.

  • A personal water bottle.

• Registration: Space is intentionally limited to maintain a safe, intimate, and focused circle for everyone. Please confirm your registration in advance.
